Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use Zonycs. By creating an account or posting a listing, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

If you are using Zonycs on behalf of a business, you further represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

You may register using a blockchain wallet address or a verified email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet private keys or email credentials. Zonycs cannot recover access to wallet-based accounts if you lose your private key.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it promptly if it changes. Accounts found to use false information may be suspended without notice.

You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or exploit promotions.

When you post a listing, you grant Zonycs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the platform and in promotional materials.

You represent that you have the right to sell any item you list, that the listing accurately describes the item, and that all images are either your own or used with permission.

Zonycs reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms, applicable law, or community standards, without prior notice.

You may not use Zonycs to:

• List stolen, counterfeit, or otherwise illegal goods or services.
• Sell weapons, explosives, controlled substances, or prohibited items.
• Post sexually explicit content or solicit prostitution.
• Harass, threaten, or defame other users.
• Spam or send unsolicited commercial messages through our messaging system.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts without our written consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Zonycs facilitates optional on-chain escrow for transactions between buyers and sellers. When escrow is used, funds are locked in a smart contract until both parties confirm completion of the transaction.

Zonycs does not itself hold, transmit, or custody funds. All escrow operations are executed by audited smart contracts on the relevant blockchain network. You acknowledge the inherent risks of blockchain transactions, including irreversibility and network fees.

For off-platform or in-person transactions, Zonycs bears no responsibility for disputes, non-payment, or fraud. We strongly encourage users to use the built-in escrow for high-value deals.

Posting basic listings is free. Certain premium features — including Boost, Homepage Ads, Business tier, and Lead Generator — require a paid subscription or one-time upgrade payment.

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not issued for unused subscription periods except where required by applicable law.

Zonycs may change its fee structure with at least 30 days' notice posted on the platform or sent by email.

All trademarks, logos, platform code, and original content produced by Zonycs are the exclusive property of Zonycs and its licensors. These terms grant you no right to use any Zonycs trademark or branding.

You retain ownership of content you submit (listings, photos, messages). By posting, you grant Zonycs the limited licence described in Section 3.

Your use of Zonycs is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and share your information.

Zonycs is a venue, not a party to any transaction. We do not verify the accuracy of listings, the quality of goods, or the identity of users beyond the information provided during registration.

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zonycs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform — including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) $100 CAD or (b) the total fees you paid to Zonycs in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we believe you have violated these terms or pose a risk to other users or the platform.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases. Sections 7, 9, 10, and any accrued obligations survive termination.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, send you an email notification.

Continued use of Zonycs after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
